When do we pay Community dues?

The Kayhill Estates & Green HIll Acres Property Owners Association works on a 1 June to 31 May fiscal year.  Community dues are due to the Treasurer by 1 June.  Checks can be mailed to:

Late fees may apply at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

When and where are our meetings?

Meetings are normally held once a year, in April, at the New Market Rescue Squad building, in New Market, VA.  A typical meeting consists of reading and acceptance of last year's meeting minutes, a report on old business, a discussion and vote on any new business concerning the community, and a discussion of any concerns that the property owners may want to discuss.
